Still waiting on rest of my order

Never received my contacts was charged can’t get refund and nobody responded to email concerning my order just says my order was sent back to warehouse b cuz my address was wrong but it wasnt

UPDATE I received the colours I ordered…

I received the colours I ordered however there was a rip on one of the lens. Now I can’t wear them. What a waste of money ☹️ I was so happy when I received them a few weeks back. I should have tried them out then instead of waiting until now

As expected.

The color is great. Same quality as any other place I've ordered from and were actually a little quicker. I've ordered twice so far, one order even being two weeks before Christmas and received both right around 3 weeks and that's coming from China to U.S., going through customs and everything else. Came with case and kit to put in n take out even though I use my fingers it's nice to have.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I order contacts every month from different companies and receive product within 3 weeks! I ordered with Beacolors on Dec 4th 2024, it has Been 6 weeks and they state it is normal! I have been requesting to cancel order and refund and they come back stating it is in transit! Customer service is terrible!

I give it a 0 stars. I ordered a pair for $25 I didn't get them. They was sent back I contacted the only answer I got was no refund and they didn't send another pair so they just took my money for nothing. Never again will I trust this site. Purchase at your own risk

I didn't get to wear them I went to put…

I didn't get to wear them I went to put the contact in and it ripped wish I could get new ones but I'm not spending another $10 for them.

I love the low prices of my favorite color contacts

I love the low prices of my favorite color contacts. I did have an issue with my last order the Russian blue pro, when i removed the left contact lens it folded & stuck together and ripped after being soaked in solution when I tried to open using circular motion to loosen but instead it the fold ripped and I didn't know if I could get replacement so I ordered another pair.
